Lack of education and qualifications or inadequate form of training and education are key factors that largely determine the group of young people not in employment and inactive. The professional choice of young people is a very topical problem due to the lack of sufficient information about the career paths, as well as the motivation of young people to advance in the professional hierarchy in modern society, the demand on the labour market. This project proposal is a set of targeted activities towards inactive people with a view to re-entering employment or re-entering the education system. This will be achieved by bringing together different activities aimed at creating an individual profile of each participant for determining their needs, carrying out motivational trainings, directing persons for subsequent registration and using the services of job centres, providing vocational training and subsequent employment. Motivational and professional trainings are fundamental for the successful future realisation of the participants. The activity of providing motivational training will strengthen the participants’ confidence in their own abilities and their desire to be competitive on the labour market. Carrying out vocational trainings for the subsequent employment of inactive people will improve the knowledge and skills of the trainees, which in turn will help them to be more competitive on the labour market, increase their self-esteem, and hence their level of income and quality of life. As a final result, young people’s motivation for employment, increased sustainable employment, reduced job-search times and shorter periods of unemployment will also increase the proportion of skilled labour force.     Липсата на образование и квалификация или неподходящата форма на обучение и образование, са основни фактори, които в голяма степен определят групата на неработещите и неактивни младежи. Професионалният избор на младите е доста актуален проблем поради липсата на достатъчно информация за професионалните направления, както и мотивацията на младите за израстване в професионалната йерархия в съвременното общество, търсенето на пазара на труда. Настоящото проектно предложение е съвкупност от целенасочени дейности към неактивните лица с цел отново да бъдат включени в заетост или да бъдат върнати в образователната система. Това ще бъде постигнато чрез обединяване на различни дейности, насочени към изготвяне на индивидуален профил на всеки участник за определяне на потребностите му, провеждане на мотивационни обучения, насочване на лицата за последваща регистрация и ползване на услугите на бюрата по труда, осигуряване на професионални обучения и последваща заетост. Основополагащи за успешната бъдеща реализация на участниците са мотивационните и професионалните обучения. Дейността по предоставянето на мотивационни обучения ще подсили в участниците увереността им в собствените им способности и стремежа им да са конкурентоспособни на пазара на труда. Провеждането на професионални обучения с цел последващо включване в заетост на неактивните лица ще подобри знанията и уменията на обучаваните, което от своя страна ще им помогне да бъдат по конкурентноспособни на пазара на труда, да увеличат самочувствието си, а от там и нивото на доходите и качеството си на живот. Като краен резултат ще се постигне и по-висока мотивация на младите хора за реализация, повишена устойчива заетост, намаляване времето за търсене на работа и по-къси периоди на безработица, ще се повиши делът на квалифицираната работна сила.
