The investment consists of the purchase and assembly in m. 13/72: — rooftop photovoltaic installations — 65 panels (polycrystalline) with a power output of 16.9 kW with 1 inverters, the necessary wiring and fittings, — heat pump for hot water service at 2.2 kW. PV panels are used by photovoltaic panels to process radiation to en. electrons. With cable connections, they transmit energy to inverters where alternating current into variable current will be connected to the grid, but due to the photovolt strength. (up to 40 kW) according to Article 5 RED (Journal of Laws 2015, item (478) and Article 7 (1) 8d with 4-9 Act — Energy Law (Journal of Laws 1997/54, item) 348) will be made on the basis of the notification without the need for the beneficiaries to have important technical grid connection conditions. It will be used for its own purposes and any surplus will be entered into the network. There will be no need to install batteries and recharging regulators as the network is able to absorb the entire production of batteries. The applicant currently has a connection where the contractual power is 18 kW. The heat pump operates on a heat transport basis, allows the use of low-temp heat to heat with a higher temperature which can be used to heat a home or to prepare a hot water. The heat pump for its work needs only the usable electricity that it uses. This removes the need to connect to the developer of a gas firm or another source of solid or liquid fuel. As a result, it is an investment. ecologist., safe and cost-efficient. The heat pump planned for inst does not require drilling. The project will be completed within 1 year after signature of the grant. The project meets all boundary conditions laid down in the SzOOP. (English) | |||

Inwestycja polega na zakupie i montażu w m. Lidzbark Warmiński, obręb 0001 Lidzbark Warmiński, nr dział. 13/72: - instalacji fotowoltaicznej dachowej – 65 paneli (polikrystalicznych) o mocy 16,9 kW z 1 falownikiem, niezbędnym okablowaniem i osprzętem, - pompy ciepła do c.w.u o mocy 2,2 kW. Panele PV wykorzystują zjawisko fotowolt. do przetwarzania promieniowania na en. elektr. Za pomocą połączeń kablowych przekazują one energię do falowników, gdzie następuje zmiana prądu stałego w prąd zmienny, inst. będzie podłączona do sieci, jednakże ze względu na moc inst. fotowolt. (do 40 kW) zgodnie z art. 5 ust. o odnawialnych źródłach energii (Dz.U. 2015 poz. 478) oraz art. 7 ust. 8d ze znaczkiem 4-9 ustawy – Prawo energetyczne (Dz.U. Dz.U. 1997 nr 54 poz. 348) będą one dokonywane na podst. zgłoszenia bez konieczności posiadania przez benef. ważnych techn. warunków przyłączenia do sieci. Wyproduk. en. będzie wykorzyst. na potrzeby własne a ewentualna nadwyżka będzie wprowadzona do sieci. Nie będzie potrzeby instalowania akumulatorów oraz regulatorów ładowania, ponieważ sieć jest w stanie przyjąć całą wyprod. en. Wnioskodawca posiada obecnie przyłącza gdzie moc umowna wynosi 18 kW. Pompa ciepła działa na zasadzie transportu ciepła, umożliwia wykorzystanie ciepła o niskiej temp. do wytw. ciepła o wyższej temp., które można zastosować do ogrzewania domu lub przygotowania ciepłej wody użytkowej. Pompa ciepła do swej pracy potrzebuje jedynie en. elektr., która jest przez nią wykorzyst. b. efektywnie. Eliminuje to konieczność podłączania do bud. objętego inwest. inst. gaz. czy innego źródła paliwa stałego czy ciekłego. W związku z tym, jest to inwest. ekolog., bezpieczna i oszczędna. Pompa ciepła planowana do inst. nie wymaga odwiertów. Projekt zostanie zakończony w ciągu 1 roku od podpisania um. o dofinansowanie. Projekt spełnia wszystkie warunki brzegowe określone w SzOOP.
