    Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta implementarea unui program complex de masuri integrate care sa capaciteze toti actorii importanti in procesul educational, la nivelul a 5 comunitati din judetul Giurgiu, pentru reducerea si prevenirea abandonului scolar timpuriu si promovarea accesului egal la invatamantul prescolar, cresterea calitatii procesului educational in gradinite si scoli si introducerea de formule educationale inovatoare bazate pe nevoile elevilor. EFECTELE POZITIVE generate pe termen lung de proiect pentru grupul tinta sunt menite sa contribuie la realizarea principalului rezultat așteptat în cadrul prezentului apel de proiecte si anume reducerea si prevenirea abandonului scolar timpuriu si promovarea accesului la educatie pentru 688 de copii din mediul rural astfel: a) Va fi imbunatatit in mod semnificativ accesul la educatie pentru 688 de copii din mediul rural, din 3 comunitati. Astfel, prin participarea la activitati de tipul: activitati socio-educationale - Ateliere de Stiinta distractiva pentru 120 elevi din clasele pregatitoare si clasele 0-IV, consiliere si dezvoltare personala, orientare in cariera pentru elevii din ciclul gimnazial, din clasele V-VIII, dezvoltare de competente sociale si de relationare pentru elevii din ciclul gimnazial, din clasele V-VIII (235 elevi), activitati de tip scoala dupa scoala/ activitati remediale pentru 355 de elevi din 3 locatii de implementare, clubul Vocea copiilor - Program de masuri integrate destinate dezvoltarii comunitații pentru 185 de copii, pe termen lung estimam un efect pozitiv tradus prin cresterea interesului pentru activitatile din educationale, dezvoltarea de noi competente in randul beneficiarilor si cresterea accesului la educatie si reducerea/ prevenirea abandonului scolar. b) Va creste in mod semnificativ calitatea actului didactiv, si implicit a procesului educational in scolile si gradinitele din 5 comunitati, in urma desfasurarii programului de formare si mentorat pentru cadrele didactice. Astfel, la finele proiectului, 105 cadre didactice vor avea compente dezvoltate pentru o mai buna integrare scolara a elevilor care intampina dificultati ca urmare a sesiunilor de formare si a activitatilor de sprijin si mentorat derulate pe termen lung. De asemenea, 75 dintre acestia vor face parte din programul de formare a abilitatilor de viata, avand ocazia sa puna in practica cele invatate pe parcursul a minim 5 semestre. c) Interesul comunitatii locale pentru modul in care se face educatie si calitatea actului educational va creste prin activarea unui numar mare de membrii ai comunitatii si cointeresarea acestora in procesul de luare a deciziilor la nivel local, in urma desfasurarii activitatilor Clubului Vocea copiilor. Astfel, 2 intalniri de lucru cu autoritatile publice si cu factorii de decizie influenti la nivelul comunitatii, impreuna cu organizarea unor dezbateri publice in jurul proiectelor la care au lucrat elevii de gimnaziu si expoz (Romanian)

    The general objective of the project is to implement a complex program of integrated measures that empower all the important actors in the educational process, at the level of 5 communities in Giurgiu county, to reduce and prevent early school leaving and promote equal access to preschool education, increase the quality of the educational process in kindergartens and schools and introduce innovative educational formulas based on students’ needs. The positive effects generated in the long term by the project for the target group are meant to contribute to the achievement of the main result expected in this call for projects, namely the reduction and prevention of early school leaving and the promotion of access to education for 688 children from rural areas as follows: a) The access to education for 688 rural children from 3 communities will be significantly improved. Thus, by participating in activities such as: socio-educational activities – Fun Science Workshops for 120 students in preparatory and 0-IV classes, counseling and personal development, career guidance for secondary school students, V-VIII grades, development of social and relationship skills for secondary school students, V-VIII grades (235 students), school-type activities after school/remedial activities for 355 students from 3 locations of implementation, Vocea Children Club – Integrated measures for community development for 185 children, in the long term we estimate a positive effect translated by increasing interest in educational activities, developing new competences among beneficiaries and increasing access to education and reducing/preventing school drop-out. b) It will significantly increase the quality of the didactive act, and implicitly of the educational process in schools and kindergartens in 5 communities, following the training and mentoring program for teachers. Thus, at the end of the project, 105 teachers will have developed skills for a better school integration of students who encounter difficulties as a result of training sessions and long-term mentoring and support activities. Also, 75 of them will be part of the training program for life skills, having the opportunity to put into practice the ones learned during a minimum of 5 semesters. c) The interest of the local community in the way in which education is done and the quality of the educational act will increase by activating a large number of members of the community and their interest in the decision-making process at local level, following the activities of the Voice Club. Thus, 2 working meetings with public authorities and influential decision-makers at community level, together with the organisation of public debates around the projects on which secondary school students and exhibitors worked (English)
