L'action peut être présentée de façon synthétique en différent pôles. \- _Le pôle logistique_ : Les salariés livrent des achats effectués par les clients du magasin et collectent les dons auprès de particuliers. L'ensemble des dons est ramené à l'atelier situé 2 Rue Stalingrad à Vaulx en Velin. Les salariés ont également la charge de faire le lien avec la déchetterie située à Villeurbanne Sud: emmener à la déchetterie les dons non valorisables et ramener les dons déposés au bungalow de l'Armée du Salut située à la déchetterie de Villeurbanne Sud. \- _Le pôle tri-bibelots-electro_ : Les salariés réceptionnent l'ensemble des dons reçus et les orientent selon le type d'objet dans les différentes zones: bibelots, électronique/électroménager, bois/menuiserie, déchetterie. Si l'objet n'a pas la possibilité d'être réparé ou vendu, il sera recyclé selon sa matière. Les objets vendables en l'état sont étiquetés après une vérification de la complétude, du bon fonctionnement et de l'existence de d'un marché potentiel. Ils sont ensuite orientés vers la zone de vente. - _Le pôle textile_ : Les salariés du pôle trient le textile selon l'état général et la propreté. Le textile exploitable est mis en valeur par les salariés: repassage, tri par catégorie, mise sur cintre, puis envoyé en zone de vente. Le textile non réutilisable est mis en sac par les salariés et est revendu à une association de textile pour une valorisation. \- _Le pôle menuiserie:_ Les salariés vérifient les meubles collectés: visserie complète, solidité, fonctionnement des serrures, des charnières, des glissières. Les meubles sont également nettoyés et réparés si besoin. Il peuvent aussi être rénovés: ponçage, vernissage, peinture, customisation, ... pour une deuxième vie. - _Le pôle recyclerie_ : Les salariés sont en poste à la déchetterie de Villeurbanne Sud. Ils sont chargés de réceptionner et sélectionner/ trier les objets amenés par les donateurs. - _Le pôle vente_ : Les salariés ont en charge de mettre les objets en rayon: mise des étiquettes puis rangement par thème. Ils organisent le rangement et une partie de l'agencement du magasin. Ils ont aussi la charge de la vente et de l'encaissement d'un magasin de plus de 800m2. - _Le pôle hôtellerie_ : Le pôle hôtellerie des ACI pratique un système tel que le "portage salarial" et n'est pas une activité en tant que telle ; il permet seulement aux salariés en CDDI de ce pôle, d'être "en poste" auprès du CHRS de Lyon Cité et du Restaurant Social, annexe du CHRS, de la Fondation de l'Armée du Salut. Ces salariés occupent des postes d'agents d'entretien et d'agents polyvalents de restauration: préparation de repas et service. Il existe cependant une cession interne de personnel sans contrepartie financière entre les différents dispositifs. (French)

The action can be presented synthetically in different poles. \- _The logistics cluster_: Employees make purchases by shop customers and collect donations from individuals. All donations are brought back to the workshop located 2 Rue Stalingrad in Vaulx in Velin. The employees are also responsible for making the link with the landfill in Villeurbanne Sud: take the non-valuable donations to the waste disposal and bring back the donations deposited to the Salvation Army bungalow located at the Villeurbanne Sud depot. \- _The tri-bibelots-electro_ pole: Employees receive all the donations received and orient them according to the type of object in the different areas: trinkets, electronics/household appliances, wood/mining, waste disposal. If the item cannot be repaired or sold, it will be recycled according to its material. Saleable items in the state are labelled after verification of completeness, proper functioning and the existence of a potential market. They are then oriented towards the sales area. — _The textile pole_: The workers in the pole sort the textile according to the general state and cleanliness. Exploitable textile is promoted by employees: ironing, sorting by category, put on hanger, then sent to the sales area. The non-reusable textile is bagged by the employees and is resold to a textile association for recovery. \- _The carpentry division:_ Employees check the collected furniture: complete screws, solidity, operation of locks, hinges, slides. Furniture is also cleaned and repaired if necessary. It can also be renovated: sanding, varnishing, painting, customisation... for a second life. — _The recycling cluster_: The employees are stationed at the Villeurbanne Sud waste disposal facility. They are responsible for receiving and selecting/sorting objects brought by donors. — _The sales department_: The employees are responsible for putting the objects in the radius: placing labels and storing by theme. They organise the storage and part of the layout of the store. They are also responsible for the sale and collection of a store of more than 800 m². — _The hotel department_: The hotel centre of the ACI operates a system such as “wage carrier” and is not an activity as such; it only allows employees in CDDI of this cluster, to be “in post” with the CHRS in Lyon Cité and the Social Restaurant, annex of the CHRS, of the Fondation de l’Armée du Salut. These employees are employed as maintenance agents and multi-purpose catering agents: preparation of meals and service. However, there is an internal transfer of staff with no financial compensation between the various arrangements. (English)
