Na skutek rzeczowej realizacji projektu budynek dawnych warsztatów elektrycznych i budynek transformatorów byłej KWK Saturn zostaną przekształcone na potrzeby Centrum Usług Społecznościowych i Aktywności Lokalnej (warsztaty twórczości artystycznej, edukacyjnej i aktywności fizycznej, pomieszczenia biurowe wraz z zapleczem). Przewidziano wszelkie niezbędne roboty remontowo-budowlane przyczyniające się do uzyskania w obiektach nowych funkcji. Budynki będą połączone ze sobą szklanym łącznikiem, pełniącym funkcję komunikacyjną między obiektami oraz funkcjonalną. (Polish)
