Dieses Projekt richtet sich an arbeitsmarktferne und langzeitarbeitslose Leistungsbezieher nach dem SGB II, die einem Minijob auf Dauer nachgehen und deren berufliche Situation sich verfestigt hat. Das Ziel ist die Umwandlung oder Aufnahme eines sozialversicherungspflichtigen Beschäftigungsverhältnisses oder die Vermittlung in Ausbildung oder Qualifizierung. Im Rahmen des Projektes wird intensive und passgenaue Einzelcoachingarbeit über 8 Monate geleistet und es werden Prozesse und Entwicklungsschritte initiiert, die eine nachhaltige Veränderung und Einstellung zur Folge haben. Ein anschließendes dreiwöchiges Bewerbungstraining und eine zweimonatige Nachbetreuung unterstützt die Stellensuche und stabilisiert das sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigungsverhältnis. Within the framework of the project, intensive and tailor-made individual coaching work is carried out over 8 months and processes and development steps are initiated that lead to a sustainable change and attitude. A subsequent three-week application training and a two-month follow-up support the job search and stabilises the employment relationship subject to social security contributions. (English)
