Ziel des Projektes ist die Entwicklung (Entwicklungsphase) und Erprobung (Durchführungsphase) von bedarfs- und anforderungsgerechten, vollflexibilisierten berufsbegleitenden Qualifizierungsmodulen und –methoden zur Förderung der Personalentwicklung von Beschäftigten in Unternehmen der Tourismusbranche in Schleswig-Holstein zum Zwecke eines nachhaltigen Transfers. Das Projekt basiert auf den Säulen Präsenz Kick-Offs, Mobile Content Applikationen, Virtual Classroom Sessions, Personal Tutoring, Hausarbeiten und Finish Sessions. Das Projekt wird fortlaufend evaluiert. (German)
