Ziel der Qualifizierungsprojektes ist es, durch Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit und Beschäftigungschancen, Langzeitarbeitslosen eine Eingliederung in den 1. Arbeitsmarkt zu ermöglichen. Dieses Ziel soll erreicht werden durch die Schaffung der Voraussetzungen für die Arbeitsmarktintegration, die Vermittlung in Arbeit und die Stabilisierung nacgh Arbeitsaufnahme. Darüber hinaus soll das Projekt einen Beitrag zur Aktivierung und Nutzung des PÜotentials vonn Langzeitarbeitslosen zur Sicherung des Arbeitskräftebedarf der sächsischen Wirtschaft leisten. Angestrebt werden auf Programmebene folgende Ziele: a) max. 20 % der Teilnehmer brechen die Qualifizierung ab; b) 35 % der Teilnehmer werden nach Abschluss der Qualifizierungsphase in Arbeit vermittelt; c) 75 % der Teilnehmer sind nach Abschluss der Einstiegsbegleitung noch auf dem 1. Arbeitsmarkt beschäftigt. (German)
