Ziele: - Hilfestellung bei der Bewältigung sich verändernder Lebenssituationen - Unterstützung in Behördenangelegenheiten - Reduzierung bzw. Beseitigung von Hemmnissen, die die eigene Lebensgestaltung beeinträchtigen und zur sozialen Benachteiligung führen v.a. durch eine Hilfeplanung, die Aufgaben und Teilziele festlegt und bei der Bewältigung der Aufgaben unterstützt und ggf. Kontakte vermittelt Inhaltliche Umsetzung: Die Kontaktstelle im Schiffchen richtet sich an Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Lebens- und Problemlagen. Für diese Menschen sollen am individuellen Bedarf ausgerichtete Unterstützungs- und Hilfsangebote entwickelt und Lösungen zielorientiert erarbeitet werden. Die Beratung findet in offenen Sprechstunden und individuellen Beratungszeiten vorwiegend in Form offener Angebote statt. Dabei soll geholfen werden Benachteiligungen zu beseitigen bzw. zu mindern und neue Perspektiven aufzeigen. Im Vordergund der Arbeit steht die Bewältigung der problematischen Lebenssituation durch individuelle sozialpädagogische Beratung basierend auf Akzeptanz des Klienten, Sachkompetenz und Partizipation, Schaffung eines funktionierenden Unterstützungs- bzw. Hilfenetzwerkes, Unterstützung in Behördenangelegenheiten/Hilfe bei Antragsstellungen, Schaffung von Rahmenbedingungen, die einer beruflichen Eingliederung zugrunde liegen sowie die Unterstützung bei Bewerbungsaktivitäten und Stärkung von Schlüsselkompetenzen/ Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe.
