En fonction de l'étape sur laquelle le participant a été dans le cadre de son projet professionnel, le référent l'accompagne à : \- l'élaboration du projet professionnel : le participant recherche avec l'aide du référent des pistes d'orientation professionnelle en fonction de ses envies, intérêts et valeurs et en tenant compte de ses capacités et compétences professionnelles, expériences professionnelles ou extra- professionnelles, de ses contraintes personnelles (familiales, mobilité, santé, etc.) et des caractéristiques du marché et du bassin d'emploi (métiers en tension). Le participant prend connaissance d'éléments descriptifs des métiers identifiés, les environnements de travail, les modalités d'accès, les pré-requis en termes de compétences par le biais de fiches métiers, d'enquêtes-métiers auprès de professionnels en poste et si besoin de stages pratiques (PMSMP conventionnés avec Pôle Emploi). Avec l'aide du référent, il analyse l'écart qu'il y a entre les exigences des métiers et ses propres acquis et contraintes à prendre en compte. \- la recherche de formations : le référent accompagne le participant qui a identifié un métier à développer des capacités et des compétences professionnelles par le biais de l'accès à des formations courtes ou longues, qualifiantes, adaptées aux besoins identifiés. Une demande de prescription argumentée est faite par le référent auprès des organismes prescripteurs (Pôle Emploi, CIDFF) et recherche des financements (Région, Etat, Pôle Emploi, Métropole). \- la recherche d'emplois : le référent aide à la rédaction de CV et lettres de motivation ou oriente vers les structures relais (centre social Velette, Espace Emploi de l'IFRA, ateliers TIC IFRA, ateliers ALPES, ..).
