In order to carry out this work, the Municipality of Lapugnoy wanted to set up a school site for a total duration of 12 months, in order to offer the opportunity to 8 persons receiving the RSA or young people under 26 years of age residing on the Commune or in a neighbouring municipality (BRUAY LA BUISSIERE, Lapugnoy, Chocques, ANNEZIN, Fouquereuil, GOSNAY, MARLES LES MINES...) to benefit from an integration path towards employment and adapted socio-professional support within our association: socialisation (team work, collective life within work), acquisition of the basic rules of living and know-being essential in any work environment (ability to adapt, professional awareness, motivation, sense of work and productivity), learning of professional gestures and techniques related to the occupation of a versatile building worker. The work to be carried out includes demolition, plasterboard installation, coating, partitioning, thermal insulation, sound insulation, carpentry, painting, flooring, multiple standards (accessibility, etc.). Pour réaliser ces travaux, la Commune de LAPUGNOY a souhaité mettre en place un chantier école d'une durée totale de 12 mois, afin d'offrir l'opportunité à 8 personnes allocataires du RSA ou jeunes de moins de 26 ans résidant sur la Commune ou sur une commune limitrophe (BRUAY LA BUISSIERE, LAPUGNOY, CHOCQUES, ANNEZIN, FOUQUEREUIL, GOSNAY, MARLES LES MINES… ) de bénéficier d'un parcours d'insertion vers l'emploi et d'un accompagnement socioprofessionnel adapté au sein de notre association : socialisation (travail en équipe, vie collective au sein du travail), acquisition des règles élémentaires de savoir-vivre et de savoir-être indispensables dans tout environnement professionnel (capacité d'adaptation, conscience professionnelle, motivation, sens du travail et productivité), apprentissage des gestes et techniques professionnels liés au métier d'ouvrier polyvalent du bâtiment. Les travaux à effectuer comprennent de la démolition, pose de plaques de plâtre, enduit, pose de cloisons, isolation thermique, isolation phonique, pose de menuiseries, peinture, pose de plancher, mises aux normes multiples (accessibilité...). Ce chantier école prévoit ainsi 8 postes en insertion. (French)
