Our presence throughout the country will be strengthened, to reach the closest to the public, and shared with all the partners. The transverse and unavoidable tools of the IEJ project are: digital workshop, coaching workshop, mobility workshop, PMSMP, CV workshop (CV library). In an effort to open up the services offered, these workshops will be organised in the local mission or outside the walls and must be mixed with other collective and/or individualised proposals, in a fluid and adapted way for accompanied young people. The whole must help to reduce stress, restore confidence and equip the job search. The young participant is at the heart of the scheme, he is an actor or even author of his career. Meetings between young people will be organised in the form of workshops or collective actions to encourage exchanges of knowledge and skills, sponsorships will also be possible between young people (B to B, mutual assistance, solidarity). The employees present on this operation were posted on the previous agreement, 2 persons already advisers in Local Mission for more than 3 years are assigned to the operation as of 01/07/2018 for the support post in employment and since 20/08/2018 for the support of young people in the hands of the courts; The project is structured around 4 axes: 1.     En 2018, le projet de la Mission Locale du Douaisis portera sur le repérage précoce des publics les plus éloignés de l’emploi, en proposant un accompagnement global personnalisé et dynamique et le développement de compétences, lors de situations d’apprentissage formel et non formel, l’accès aux opportunités d’emploi, de formation, d’apprentissage et la sécurisation des parcours. Notre présence sur tout le territoire sera renforcée, pour aller au plus proche des publics, et partagée avec l'ensemble des partenaires. Les outils transverses et incontournables du projet IEJ sont : l'atelier numérique, l'atelier coaching, l'atelier mobilité, la PMSMP, l'atelier CV (CV thèque). Soucieuse de décloisonner les services proposés, ces ateliers seront organisés au sien de la Mission Locale ou hors les murs et doivent se mailler avec d'autres propositions collectives et/ou individualisées, de façon fluide et adaptée aux jeunes accompagnés. L'ensemble doit concourir à diminuer le stress, redonner confiance, outiller la recherche d'emploi. Le jeune participant est au coeur du dispositif, il est acteur voire auteur de son parcours. Des rencontres entre jeunes seront organisés sous la forme d'ateliers ou d'actions collectives afin d'encourager les échanges de savoirs et de compétences, des parrainages seront également possibles entre jeunes (B to B, entraide, solidarité). Les salariés présents sur cette opération étaient en poste sur la précédente convention, 2 personnes déjà conseillères en Mission Locale depuis plus de 3 ans sont affectées à l'opération à compter du 01/07/2018 pour le poste accompagnement dans l'emploi et depuis le 20/08/2018 pour l'accompagnement des jeunes sous main de justice; Le projet se structure autour de 4 axes : 1. Un premier axe en direction des jeunes NEET en rupture/déscolarisés : jeunes non accompagnés, décrocheurs, en particulier les jeunes de bas niveau de qualification, jeunes en vieille sans situation, jeunes sous-main de justice et suivis en milieu ouvert, jeunes résidant en QPV… * Accompagner l'accès et le recours aux droits, comme l'apprentissage des démarches administratives via Internet * Agir sur l'estime de soi des jeunes, en proposant des actions innovantes à partir d'outils d'expression, de création, comme la vidéo, le théâtre, le jeu d'équipe.... * Renforcer les connaissances par la formation formelle et informelle (mises en situations, activités, (clic n'job, Emploi store) * Découvrir des métiers et les opportunités d'emploi et développer ses compétences par la réalisation de PMSMP, l’évaluation de ses compétences via le serious game Skillpass… 2. Un deuxième axe "Dynamiser la recherche d’emploi" des jeunes plus autonomes dont le projet est validé ou en cours de validation, se rapprochant de l'emploi, * Avec les parrains, la chargée de relation entreprise, les partenaires, les conseillers : renforcer le savoir-être et la culture d'entreprise au travers d'ateliers collectifs, du jeu théâtral, de simulations d'entretien, de tables rondes, du Circuit Court... * Accompagner l'usage et la connexion ciblée d'Internet : clic n'job, emploi store, Linkedln, Pôle Emploi, CRIJ, etc * Diversifier ses compétences et capacités lors de périodes en entreprises : visites, PMSMP, intérim, contrats… * Prendre de l'assurance en identifiant ses qualités personnelles et professionnelles (compétences et capacités) lors d'un atelier coaching emploi : un CV personnalisé intégré dans la CV thèque, une préparation aux entretiens, une tenue adaptée 3. Troisième axe portant sur la promotion de l'alternance : * Animer des temps collectifs sur les enjeux et les atouts de l’alternance auprès des jeunes et auprès des professionnels au siège et dans les antennes * Accompagner les projets des jeunes IEJ intéressés par l’alternance et les outiller dans leur recherche de contrat * Organiser des actions de promotion de profils en direction des employeurs avec l’appui des partenaires du Club Douaisis Alternance et de la chargée de relation entreprise de la Mission Locale du Douaisis 4. Un quatrième axe sur l’accès et le maintien dans l’emploi * Bien appréhender avec le jeune la prise de fonction et l’intégration dans l’entreprise * Accompagner le jeune dans la résolution de ses difficultés (personnelles, relationnelles, comportementales) * Organiser des temps de suivi voire d’intermédiation avec le jeune et l’employeur ou le tuteur désigné afin de réduire les risques de rupture Des aides aux jeunes seront mobilisées pour les jeunes en PMSMP, en formation, en emploi ou lors de déplacements sur des forums ou manifestations... la nature des aides est la suivante : aide aux repas, aide aux déplacements, aide à la vêture.
