The project concerns the implementation of the results of the R & D activities that the applicant has developed in cooperation with the Institute of the Biotechnology Industry of the Agro-Food Industry Division in Łódź. The results of the tests have developed an innovative technology for the production of healthy functional ice cream, based on the use of multimineral preparation — aquamine from red algae. New technology: ‘Manufacture of ice cream’ was, as an invention, declared by the applicant to the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland in order to obtain a patent. The Patent Office has declared the invented invention No P.401342. In July 2016, the applicant obtained a patent for that invention. The combination of knowledge in the mix of components with the production technology enabled by ‘Getak’s’ to produce an innovative range of ice-rich functional ice cream (through the use of multimineral preparation) and thus healthy. As demonstrated by the studies carried out, obtaining the desired ice parameters can be achieved by using an ice mixture based on the use of polymineral preparation — aquamine from red algae not used up to that date. The total calcium content in the preparation is 33 %, which is 250 mg/100g (30 % of the RIA). This preparation, like an emulsifier, can reduce the added stabiliser. It makes it possible to achieve a smooth, creamy consistency, without ice crystals, which can be resistant to temperature shocks and frost, while improving the health of the product. As a result of the project, the new product will be introduced into the domestic market and the new product is made up of a new product consisting of high resistance to high resistance to vitamins enriched with vitamins as well as in the form of ice cream and seeds.     Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia wyników prac naukowo-badawczych, które Wnioskodawca opracował w ramach współpracy z Instytutem Biotechnologii Przemysłu Rolno-Spożywczego Oddział Chłodnictwa i Jakości Żywności w Łodzi. Efektem przeprowadzonych badań jest opracowana innowacyjna technologia produkcji zdrowych lodów funkcjonalnych, bazujących na wykorzystaniu preparatu multimineralnego - aquaminu z alg czerwonych. Nowa technologia pn. „Sposób wytwarzania lodów” została, jako wynalazek, zgłoszona przez wnioskodawcę do Urzędu Patentowego RP w celu uzyskania patentu. Urząd Patentowy nadał zgłoszonemu wynalazkowi Nr P.401342. W lipcu 2016 roku Wnioskodawca uzyskał patent na ten wynalazek. Połączenie wiedzy w zakresie doboru składników mieszanki z opracowaną technologią produkcji pozwalają na zainicjowanie przez firmę „Getak’s” produkcji innowacyjnej gamy lodów funkcjonalnych o wysokich walorach odżywczych (dzięki zastosowaniu preparatu multimineralnego), a tym samym zdrowych. Jak udowodniły przeprowadzone badania, uzyskanie pożądanych parametrów lodów może zostać osiągnięte dzięki wykorzystaniu mieszanki lodowej bazującej na zastosowaniu niestosowanego dotychczas w tego typu wyrobach preparatu multimineralnego - aquaminu z alg czerwonych. Całkowita zawartość wapnia w preparacie to 33%, co stanowi 250mg/100g (30% RDI). Preparat ten, działając jak emulgator, umożliwia obniżenie zawartości dodawanego stabilizatora. Pozwala na osiągniecie gładkiej, kremowej konsystencji, bez kryształków lodu, odpornej na szoki temperaturowe i oszronienie przy jednoczesnym podniesieniu walorów zdrowotnych produktu. W wyniku realizacji projektu wprowadzony zostanie na rynek krajowy i zagraniczny nowy produkt – lody o wysokiej odporności na topnienie wzbogacone witaminami oraz minerałami w formie lodów na patyku oraz rożków.
