Das Projekt wendet sich an den Personenkreis der verfestigten arbeitslosen und/oder nicht erwerbstätigen Langzeitbezieher SGBII. Ziel ist die nachhaltige Erhöhung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit zur Verbesserung der sozialen und beruflichen Integration. Im Mittelpunkt steht ein ganzheitlicher, modularer Förderansatz durch Aktivierung der Teilnehmer, orientiert an der individuellen Situation, besonders im Hinblick auf die Handlungsbedarfe Gesundheit, Finanzen und sozialen Integration. The aim is to sustainably increase employability to improve social and professional integration.
