In der FIT FÜR DEN JOB - Maßnahme werden Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene auf eine Ausbildung vorbereitet und erhalten zahlreiche Hilfestellungen einen Ausbildungsplatz zu finden. Inhaltlich besteht die Maßnahme aus Qualifizierung (allgemeinbildende Themen, Fachpraxis, Fachtheorie, Praktikum, Training von Schlüsselqualifikationen, Bewerbungstraining, etc) und sozialpädagogischer Betreuung.
