Das Projekt wendet sich an arbeitslose und/oder nicht erwerbstätige Langzeitbezieher des SGBII Bezugs (älter 24 J./mind. 21 Monate Leistungsbezug). Ziel ist die nachhaltige Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit zur Erhöhung der sozialen/beruflichen Integration. Im Mittelpunkt steht ein ganzheitlicher, modularer Förderansatz durch Aktivierung, orientiert an der individuellen Situation, besonders im Hinblick auf die Handlungsbedarfe Qualifikation, Gesundheit, Finanzen u. soziale Integration. The project is aimed at unemployed and/or inactive long-term SGBII beneficiaries (older 24 years/min. 21 months of benefit). The aim is to sustainably improve employability to increase social/professional integration. The focus is on a holistic, modular funding approach through activation, oriented to the individual situation, especially with regard to skills, health, finance and social integration needs.
