Discovering paths together!” is the competence development of pupils with increased social pedagogical support needs from grade 5 of the participating cooperation schools (Christliche Schule Dresden and Vitzthum Gymnasium Dresden). In order to counteract social disadvantages and individual impairments, the key competences of the pupils are developed and promoted in individual and sometimes small-group work. There is a scheduling plan, which is executed according to the content of the students’ needs. The determination of competence is an integral part of this. The various methods of social work offer support in the following areas: Social skills, prevention of culpability/discontinuation and increase of learning motivation. This significantly improves the individual, social and professional perspectives of young people. (English)

    Übergeordnetes Ziel des Projektes "Scout...gemeinsam Wege entdecken!" ist die Kompetenzentwicklung von SchülerInnen mit erhöhtem sozialpädagogischen Unterstützungsbedarf ab Klassenstufe 5 der beteiligten Kooperationsschulen (Christliche Schule Dresden und Vitzthum Gymnasium Dresden). Zum Entgegenwirken von sozialen Benachteiligungen und individuellen Beeinträchtigungen werden die Schlüsselkompetenzen der SchülerInnen in Einzel- und teilweise Kleingruppenarbeit entwickelt und gefördert. Es gibt einen Ablaufplan, welcher inhaltlich an die jeweiligen Bedarfslagen der SchülerInnen angepasst ausgeführt wird. Einen festen Bestandteil davon bildet die Kompetenzfeststellung. Mit den verschiedenen Methoden sozialer Arbeit wird u.a. Unterstützung in folgenden Bereichen angeboten: Soziale Kompetenzen, Vermeidung von Schuldistanz/-abbrüchen und Verbeserung der Lernmotivation. Damit werden die individuellen, gesellschaftlichen und beruflichen Perspektiven der Jugendlichen erheblich verbessert. (German)
