Ziel des Projektes „BASIS - Begleitung, Aktivierung, Stabilisierung, Integration“ ist eine Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit und die Schaffung von Voraussetzungen für die Aufnahme einer weiterführenden Maßnahme zur mittelfristigen Integration in den 1. Arbeitsmarkt. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, wird mit den Teilnehmern durch eine ständige sozialpädagogische und fachpraktische Begleitung eine Minderung bzw. ein Abbau von Defiziten (Qualifikation, Arbeits- und Sozialverhalten und individuelle Rahmenbedingungen) vorbereitet und eine Schaffung der Voraussetzungen für die Aufnahme einer weiterführenden Maßnahme innerhalb der nächsten 12 bis 18 Monaten angestrebt. Hierbei konzentrieren wir uns auf das Berufsfeld im sozial-hauswirtschaftlichen Bereich. Um die Teilnehmer zu befähigen, zukünftig eigenständig zu einer Problemlösung zu gelangen, ist das Projekt in seiner Strukturierung auf eine teils begleitende und teils selbständige Arbeitsweise der Teilnehmer ausgelegt.
