Das Vorhaben dient der Unterstützung der beschäftigten bzw. in Ausbildung befindlichen Arbeitskräfte bei der Anpassung an den wirtschaftlichen, technologischen sowie gesellschaftlichen Wandel. Dabei werden die größenbedingten Nachteile des KMU ausgeglichen und die berufliche Mobilität der Arbeitskräfte durch die betriebliche Weiterbildung unterstützt. Die Weiterbildung leistet einen Beitrag dazu, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens zu erhalten und ggf. zu stärken. (German)
