Ziel des Projektes „KMU und Handwerk 2016: Vital und demografiefest“ ist es, Betriebe über die Gesundheitsförderung im Arbeitsalltag zu informieren, um das Bewusstsein für die Notwendigkeit eines Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements zu wecken. Wesentlicher Bestandteil ist die Begleitung der KMU bei der BGM-Implementierung. Mittels Sensibilisierungsgespräche, Netzwerktreffen und Präventionsangeboten soll dabei das Situations- und Umsetzungswissen der KMU erhöht werden. (German)
