Il s’agit d’une action de positionnement professionnel basé sur les problématiques linguistiques . Cette action consiste à préparer les participants à l’intégration d’une formation, ou d’un emploi. Contenu de l’action : * Evaluer son niveau linguistique : mettre en place un plan de formation individuel et/ou collectif selon les différents niveaux des participants. * Communiquer en français : développer et renforcer ses compétences communicationnelles en français à l’oral et à l’écrit en milieu professionnel. * Améliorer et renforcer la maîtrise des outils numériques : connaître les principales fonctionnalités du Pack Office, du web et de la messagerie électronique * Déterminer la suite de parcours et le projet professionnel : accès direct à l’emploi ou à la formation, mise en place de nouvelles étapes dans le cadre du PLIE. Le dispositif est centré sur le projet d’insertion professionnel de l’apprenant. Le rythme des apprentissages est compatible avec une recherche d’emploi, une formation qualifiante ou un contrat aidé. De plus, les travaux individuels et collectifs sont menés en lien avec le projet d’insertion professionnelle des personnes. L’individualisation des parcours s’effectue à 2 niveaux : * Co-construction, avec chaque participant, d’un parcours modulaire, adapté à sa situation personnelle. * Individualisation des objectifs et adaptation des situations pédagogiques dans chacun des modules.
