    Ainsi notre projet global **PLAN COMPETITIVITE & FORMATION** s'inscrit en faveur du développement d'une société de la connaissance, compétitive et innovante ; il s'articule autour des 4 axes suivants pour **la mise en oeuvre d'actions de formation et/ou de parcours de formation diplômants** contribuant à soutenir : 1. le développement des compétences des salariés par des formations courtes (actions courtes et collectives) 2. l'élévation vers l'excellence (formations diplômantes de niveau I) 3. l'intelligence économique (démarche et formation pour les chefs d'entreprises et le top management) 4. l'approche sectorielle (formation thématique ciblée sur les branches professionnelles) L'ensemble des actions de formation proposées (longues, courtes, diplômantes...) permettent de couvrir globalement l'ensemble des besoins exprimés et sont complémentaires entre elles.
