Two occupational integration advisers on 1.8 FTEs will be assigned to the entire territory. They will be able to travel according to the needs of the CIDFF’s outsourced permanences in the Corbières (Mouthoumet, Lagrasse, Saint Laurent de la Cabrerisse, Tuchan, etc.) to carry out individual local interviews. During the first interview, the counsellors in integration make it possible to identify, in addition to the social problems, the potential of the young person. This diagnosis is not fixed, it is modified with the person during his accompaniment and allows to mark his course. This stage of diagnosis is important in the development of the young person’s project. Indeed, it is on the basis of the information concerning his/her social and professional situation that the young person, together with the professional integration adviser (CIP), sets out the objectives of his/her integration pathway and the steps to achieve them. Since then, the CIP identifies the measures, the devices (permanences of specialised professionals, collective workshops...) and guides the young person if necessary. He/she provides support and regular follow-up to young people during regular interviews with a view to: * remove the social barriers, * work the professional project in a logic of broadening professional choices, enhancing the personal and professional experiences of the young person and in coherence with the research area concerned. During these meetings, the CIP adjusts and realifies the objectives of the youth’s integration pathway and the steps to achieve them. To carry out its tasks, the IPC shall rely on: * internally: on professionals in the fields of law, housing, over-indebtedness, collective workshops (Code de la route, basic knowledge in mathematics and French, computer workshop in the service of employment), vocational training activities in the Languedoc Roussillon region * externally: on networks of professionals in the social sector and those of the economic sector of the Aude CIDFF (network of forced marriages, anti-discrimination network, network of the regional public service for guidance of Languedoc Roussillon, partnerships with consular chambers and professional trade unions (English) | |||||||||||||||
