The aim of the project is to improve the social and professional integration of disadvantaged people in the Bad Lobenstein and Pößneck area. The preservation and consolidation of the existing offers of general services of general interest are at the forefront of the achievement of the objectives. By improving civic participation, creating new opportunities for encounters, opening up diverse associations, groups and institutions to disadvantaged people, the willingness to engage in dialogue should be strengthened. With its comprehensive and holistic approach, Thinka Saale-Orla-Kreis aims to sustainably improve the quality of life of all people in the social spaces. The project does not focus on individual aspects and selected target groups, but takes into account the interests and needs of the people living here. This comprehensive overall objective is supported by various sub-objectives, which are foreseen as milestones in project implementation: — Assistance in dealing with personal crises and emergencies and solutions to everyday problems — activating contribution to improving the employability of people in need of work — reducing multiple impediments to placement in the application process, e.g. health and ---psychosocial addiction problems — Definition and security of basic services close to the place of residence — Increasing opportunities for participation in the world of work and work with the aim of professional integration and participation in social life — Reducing fears of thresholds in dealing with public authorities, job centre staff and employees of other public and private institutions and institutions — Enhancing social and cultural offers and social participation in social life — Strengthening self-determination in terms of social self-determination — Strengthening of self-determination in terms of self-determination in the social sphere. The existing TIZIAN and LAP projects will be actively involved in project implementation. The continuation of the social space project is an important link to positively support the socio-cultural and economic development of social spaces. Project implementation is planned both structurally with network activities as well as individually with outreach and social space work. Networking is an essential part of the daily work of the project. The project and its employees take on a bridge function to improve the social spaces in Bad Lobenstein and Pößneck. Ziel des Projektes ist die Verbesserung der sozialen und beruflichen Integration benachteiligter Menschen im Raum Bad Lobenstein und Pößneck. Der Erhalt und die Festigung der vorhandenen Angebote der allgemeinen Daseinsvorsorge stehen im Vordergrund der Zielerreichung. Durch eine verbesserte Bürgerbeteiligung, Schaffung von neuen Begegnungsmöglichkeiten, Öffnung der vielfältigen Vereine, Gruppen und Einrichtungen für die benachteiligten Menschen soll die Dialogbereitschaft gestärkt werden. Mit seinem umfassenden und ganzheitlichen Ansatz will ThINKA Saale-Orla-Kreis nachhaltig die Lebensqualität aller Menschen in den Sozialräumen verbessern. Dabei orientiert sich das Projekt nicht an Einzelaspekten und ausgewählten Zielgruppen, sondern berücksichtigt die Interessen und Bedürfnisse der hier lebenden Menschen. Dieses umfassende Gesamtziel wird getragen durch verschiedene Teilziele, die als Meilensteine in der Projektumsetzung vorgesehen sind: - Hilfe bei der Bewältigung persönlicher Krisen und Notlagen und Lösungen von Alltagsproblemen - Aktivierender Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit erwerbsfähiger Hilfebedürftiger - Abbau von multiplen Vermittlungshemmnissen im Bewerbungsprozess z.B. von Gesundheits- und - ----psychosozialen Suchtproblemen - Definition und Sicherung wohnortnaher Grundversorgung - Erhöhung der Teilnahmechancen an der Berufs- und Arbeitswelt mit dem Ziel der beruflichen Integration sowie Teilnahme am gesellschaftlichen Leben - Abbau von Schwellenängsten im Umgang mit Behörden, Mitarbeitern des Jobcenters sowie Mitarbeitern anderer öffentlichen und privaten Einrichtungen und Institutionen - Sicherung sozialer und kultureller Angebote und des sozialen Miteinanders - Stärkung der Selbstkompetenz der Klienten im Hinblick auf Selbstverantwortung und Selbstbestimmung - Verbesserung der allgemeinen Lebensqualität im Sozialraum. Die bereits bestehenden Projekte TIZIAN und LAP werden aktiv in die Projektumsetzung einbezogen. Die Fortführung des Sozialraumprojektes ist ein wichtiges Bindeglied, um die soziokulturelle und wirtschaftliche Weiterentwicklung der Sozialräume positiv zu unterstützen. Die Projektumsetzung ist sowohl strukturell mit Netzwerkaktivitäten als auch individuell mit aufsuchender und sozialräumlicher Arbeit vorgesehen. Die Netzwerkarbeit ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der täglichen Arbeit im Projekt. Das Projekt übernimmt mit seinen Mitarbeitenden eine Brückenfunktion zur Verbesserung der Sozialräume in Bad Lobenstein und Pößneck. (German)
