Target group/Number of participants/School types The measure “Practical vocational orientation” carried out by the Bildungszentrum Saalfeld GmbH offers • 508 pupils in classes 7 to 9 from seven state regular schools/community schools (TN without funding requirements), • 29 pupils from classes 7 to 9 from the Saalfeld State Support Centre (TN with support needs) of the district Saalfeld-Rudolstadt a practical support for their career selection process. The aim and content of the measure is to optimise the transition from school to training, for participants without funding, especially in the fields of technology and health and social care. Practical experience is provided in the context of occupational field studies and field trials, carried out in a gender-sensitive manner and takes place outside school in vocational training centres and in companies. The aim is to strengthen career choices and improve career choices by empowering students to use the knowledge gathered to select a targeted traineeship. Integration into the overall concept of the local authority and schools Through the measure “Practical vocational orientation” the fourteen regular schools and three regional funding centres in the Saalfeld-Rudolstadt district, which are state-owned or independent, together with the Chamber of Crafts for Eastern Thuringia (HWK), educational centre Rudolstadt, are offered a support offer for practical vocational orientation. It is based on the Land Strategy for Practical Vocational Orientation in Thuringia and is financed by the European Social Fund through the School Promotion Directive. The support offer is complemented by the complementary measures “Transition Coordination” and “Procedural Test Procedures for Potential Analysis in Thuringia”. In addition to the regional labour demand, the selection of the occupational fields offered is based on the “Trendatlas 2020” for the Free State of Thuringia and the “Specialist Perspective Thüringen 2025” and complies with the eligibility criteria of the ESF School Promotion Directive. The Bildungszentrum Saalfeld GmbH offers practical experience in the following professional fields: Regular school: Gardening and landscaping Gastronomy Electrics Medicine/Psychology/Maintenance/Therapy Computer/Informatics/lT Metal construction Woodworking mechanics Color and space design renewable energies, forwarding company, warehouse special school. The project is carried out in the workshops, specialist booths and classrooms of BZ Saalfeld GmbH at the locations Unterwellenborn, Maxhüftenstraße 14, 16 and 21 as well as in Saalfeld, K.-Kollwitz-Str. 2, Bahnhofstraße 6a and Am Steiger 10. In addition, regional practice partners in the field of healthcare/care facilities will be involved in the implementation of the project. Duration The concept for the implementation of practical vocational orientation has been confirmed for the school years20l7/2018 to 2019/2020. Zielgruppe/Anzahl der Teilnehmer/Schularten Die von der Bildungszentrum Saalfeld GmbH durchgeführte Maßnahme „Praxisnahe Berufsorientierung“ bietet • 508 Schülern/-innen der Klassen 7 bis 9 aus sieben Staatlichen Regelschulen/Gemeinschaftsschulen (TN ohne Förderbedarf), • 29 Schülern/-innen der Klassen 7 bis 9 aus dem Staatlichen Förderzentrum Saalfeld (TN mit Förderbedarf) des Landkreises Saalfeld-Rudolstadt eine praxisnahe Unterstützung ihres Berufswahlprozesses an. Maßnahmeziel und -inhalt Die Maßnahme dient der Optimierung des Übergangs von der Schule in eine Ausbildung, für Teilnehmer ohne Förderbedarf insbesondere in den Bereichen Technik sowie Gesundheits- und Sozialpflege. Praxiserfahrungen werden im Rahmen von Berufsfelderkundungen und Berufsfelderprobungen vermittelt, geschlechtersensibel durchgeführt und finden außerhalb der Schule in den beruflichen Ausbildungsstätten und in Unternehmen statt. Ziel ist die Stärkung der Berufswahlreife und die Verbesserung der Berufswahlkompetenz, indem die Schülerinnen und Schüler befähigt werden, die gesammelten Erkenntnisse für die Auswahl eines zielführenden Praktikums zu nutzen. Einbindung in das Gesamtkonzept der Gebietskörperschaft und der Schulen Durch die Maßnahme „Praxisnahe Berufsorientierung wird den im Landkreis Saalfeld-Rudolstadt in staatlicher oder freier Trägerschaft befindlichen vierzehn Regelschulen und drei regionalen Förderzentren zusammen mit der Handwerkskammer für Ostthüringen (HWK), Bildungsstätte Rudolstadt, ein Unterstützungsangebot zur praxisnahen Berufsorientierung unterbreitet. Es basiert auf der „Landesstrategie zur praxisnahen Berufsorientierung in Thüringen“ und wird durch die Schulförderrichtlinie aus Mitteln des Europäischen Sozialfonds finanziert. Vervollständigt wird das Unterstützungsangebot durch die ergänzenden Maßnahmen »Übergangskoordination“ und „praxisbezogene Testverfahren zur Potentialanalyse in Thüringen“. Berufsfelder Die Auswahl der angebotenen Berufsfelder orientiert sich neben dem regionalen Arbeitskräftebedarf am „Trendatlas 2020“ für den Freistaat Thüringen sowie an der „Fachkräfteperspektive Thüringen 2025“ und entspricht den Förderkriterien der ESF-Schulförderrichtlinie. In folgenden Berufsfeldern bietet die Bildungszentrum Saalfeld GmbH Praxiserfahrungen an: Regelschule: Garten- und Landschaftsbau Gastronomie Elektrik Medizin/Psychologie/Pflege/Therapie Computer/Informatik/lT Metallbau Holzbearbeitungsmechanik Farb- und Raumgestaltung erneuerbare Energien, Spedition, Lager Förderschule. Innenausbau Metallbau Holzbearbeitungsmechanik Farb- und Raumgestaltung Spedition/Lager/Logistik Garten- und Landschaftsbau Körperpflege/Hauswirtschaft Maßnahmeorte Das Projekt wird in den Werkstätten, Fachkabinetten und Unterrichtsräumen der BZ Saalfeld GmbH an den Standorten Unterwellenborn, Maxhüftenstraße 14, 16 und 21 sowie in Saalfeld, K.-Kollwitz-Str. 2, Bahnhofstraße 6a bzw. Am Steiger 10 durchgeführt. Darüber hinaus werden regionale Praxispartner aus dem Bereich Gesundheitswesen/Pflegeeinrichtungen in die Projektumsetzung einbezogen. Laufzeit Das Konzept für die Durchführung der praxisnahen Berufsorientierung wurde für die Schuljahre20l7/2018 bis 2019/2020 bestätigt.
