Das Projekt sieht im Zeitraum vom 21.04.2020 - 31.10.2021 für 10 unserer Mitarbeiter Fachkräfteschulungen vor, die innerhalb eines Jahres umgesetzt werden sollen. Auf Basis der einschlägigen Berufsfelder der Mitarbeiter und der hierfür geplanten Schulungen wurde ein entsprechender B-DKS gemäß Anlage 5 Arbeitsplan ausgewählt.
