Strukturelle & digitale Veränderungen stellen das neu fusionierte Klinikum Aschaffenburg-Alzenau vor große Herausforderungen. Besonders den ungleichen Entwicklungsständen der beiden Standorte & deren MA in Bezug auf Digitalisierung gilt es zu begegnen. Bereits vorhandene MA-Potentiale & Strukturen machen eine Weiterentwicklung auf Basis der digitalen Inklusion zur gewinnbringenden Strategie, wobei ein Von- & Miteinanderlernen unterschiedlich medienkompetenter MA im Zentrum steht. Ziel ist eine Angleichung der Kompetenzen & Strukturen. Durch die durchzuführenden Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen soll es gelingen, Digitalisierung einheitlich & erfolgreich zu implementieren & eine hohe Akzeptanz bei den MA zu schaffen, Berührungsängste & Unsicherheiten sollen abgebaut werden. Neu zu entwickelnde PE-Maßnahmen & die nachhaltige Implementierung digitaler Technologien sollen zur Arbeitserleichterung & Optimierung der Gesundheitsdienstleistungen beitragen, wovon alle Akteure profitieren werden.
