Obwohl der Arbeitsmarkt im Rems-Murr-Kreis mit der Landeshauptstadt vor der Tür sehr aufnahmefähig ist, hat sich im Rems-Murr-Kreis die Langezeitarbeitslosigkeit verfestigt. Insbesondere die Eingliederung in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt gelingt nur selten nachhaltig. Mit diesem Programm ist für das Jobcenter Rems-Murr das Ziel, diesen besonders schwer vermittelbaren Personenkreis mit Zuschussanreizen für Arbeitgeber nachhaltig in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt zu integrieren. Dabei sollen gleichermaßen Frauen, Männer. lebensältere Menschen und Migranten profitieren. Ein Betriebsakquisiteur soll Beschäftigungsnischen bezogen auf die besondere Personengruppe akquirieren und als Mittler zwischen den Bewerbern und den Arbeitgebern fungieren. Besonders qualifizierte Coaches sollen mit intensiver Betreuung während der Beschäftigung dafür sorgen, dass es Arbeitgebern und Arbeitnehmer gemeinsam gelingt, die bestehenden Arbeitsverhältnisse zu stabilisieren und nachhaltig bestehen zu lassen.
