Für junge Erwachsene ohne abgeschlossene Schulausbildung,Ausbildung,Arbeit werden über 5 Jahre jeweils 30 Plätze eingerichtet.Vermittlung in:Schule,Arbeit,Ausbildung,Praktika bei Betrieben vornehmlich mit Ausbildungsmöglichkeit.Quali. mind. einmal wöchentlich persönlich, allgemein bildend,beruflich.Vermittlung wird für 55% der TN erwartet.Ein/e MA stellt Kontakt zu KMU her,ermittelt Profile der TN/Betriebe für passgenaue Vermittlung.In enger Kooperation mit Kammern berät er/sie über Ausbildungsberufe, betriebl.Voraussetzungen, Fördermöglichkeiten,unterstützt bei administrativer Umsetzung.Nach Vermittlung Nachbetreuung von TN und Betrieben bis zu 6 Monate.Es wir die Schaffung von 22 neuen Ausbildungsplätzen erwartet.
