The basic objective of this job-related language measure is to prepare the participants optimally for working life in order to enable a permanent (re-) entry into the first labour market or, in individual cases, participation in further training and qualification measures. The project and its teaching content are designed across occupations and are oriented towards the needs identified in the placement interviews as well as the personal requirements of the respective participants. This is achieved through an intelligent combination of vocational language teaching, vocational qualifications, company visits and internships. The measure therefore consists of the module “Professional language teaching” and a qualification module to improve vocational integration opportunities and lasts six months. The language instruction includes 380 lessons (UE) of 45 minutes. Language training takes place mainly in the first five months. Language teaching focuses on the training of reading and writing skills, improving the ability to communicate appropriately in the workplace and providing general vocational skills. As part of the qualification module, the theoretical instruction will take place as part of the language instruction: basic mathematical knowledge including calculator, basics of computer and word processing, internet and e-mail, professional orientation and application training as well as the promotion of social, individual and action skills. In addition, the qualification module includes farm visits during the third, fourth and sixth months of the measure. From the sixth month, a four-week work placement will take place. Grundsätzliches Ziel dieser berufsbezogenen Sprachmaßnahme ist es, die Teilnehmenden optimal auf das Arbeitsleben vorzubereiten, um einen dauerhaften (Wieder-) Einstieg in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt oder in Einzelfällen die Teilnahme an Weiterbildungs- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen zu ermöglichen. Das Projekt und seine Unterrichtsinhalte sind berufsfeldübergreifend konzipiert und orientieren sich an den in den Einstufungsgesprächen festgestellten Bedürfnissen sowie persönlichen Voraussetzungen der jeweiligen Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer. Erreicht wird dies durch eine intelligente Verbindung von berufsbezogenem Sprachunterricht, Berufsqualifizierung, Betriebsbesichtigungen und Praktikum. Die Maßnahme besteht daher aus dem Modul „Berufsbezogener Sprachunterricht“ und einem Qualifizierungsmodul zur Verbesserung der beruflichen Eingliederungschancen und dauert sechs Monate. Der Sprachunterricht umfasst 380 Unterrichtsstunden (UE) á 45 Minuten. Der Sprachunterricht findet schwerpunktmäßig in den ersten fünf Monaten statt. Im Mittelpunkt des Sprachunterrichts stehen das Training der Fertigkeiten Leseverstehen und Schreiben, die Verbesserung der Fähigkeit zur angemessenen Kommunikation am Arbeitsplatz und die Vermittlung allgemeiner beruflicher Kompetenzen. Begleitend zum Sprachunterricht findet im Rahmen des Qualifizierungsmoduls der theoretische Unterricht statt: mathematische Grundlagenkenntnisse einschließlich Umgang mit dem Taschenrechner, Grundlagen der EDV und der Textverarbeitung, Internet und E-Mail, berufliche Orientierung und Bewerbungstraining sowie die Förderung von Sozial-, Individual- und Handlungskompetenzen. Ferner zählen zum Qualifizierungsmodul die Betriebsbesichtigungen im dritten, vierten und sechsten Monat der Maßnahme. Ab dem sechsten Monat findet ein vierwöchiges betriebliches Praktikum statt.
