"Sprache und Beruf B1 / IV 15" ist die berufsbezogene Förderung Deutsch als Zweitsprache mit den Schwerpunkten der beruflichen Orientierung, allgemeine Dienstleistung, Produktion, Gebäudereinigung, Handel, Gastronomie" mit dem Zielsprachniveau B1. Der Deutschunterricht baut auf vorhandenen Sprachkenntnissen auf und erweitert die Kompetenzen im Mündlichen und Schriftlichen bis hin zur weitgehend selbstständigen und verständlichen Anwendung auf dem Niveau B1. Im Fachunterricht wird besonderer Wert auf die möglichen Arbeitsfelder gelegt (spezieller Wortschatz, Begrifflichkeiten, Dokumentationspflichten etc.). Bewerbungstraining und EDV-Unterricht komplettieren das Angebot. Es werden mit den TN auch Perspektiven einer möglichen Berufstätigkeit entwickelt. Im anschließenden Praktikum wird die Eignung erprobt und gefestigt. Gleichzeitig können die TN durch authentische Rückmeldungen im Praktikum erfahren, ob sie einer Tätigkeit oder Ausbildung sprachlich gewachsen sind und ihre Voraussetzungen den Anforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes entsprechen.
