In the globalised economy, logistics is the core industry for the economy as a whole. The digitalisation of the supply chain has long begun with the use of telematics and evertrackers. The project DiWaLog is aimed at employees in logistics companies in southern/Eastern Saxony with innovative training courses in order to facilitate the entry into this transformation and to ensure their employability. The resources of employee potential to help shape the digital transformation will be strengthened and new human resources development strategies will be imparted from the perspective of digital working environments. Company knowledge and technology transfer plays a special role and is made possible and promoted at various levels. For example, in-company, interdisciplinary digital teams will develop new digital solutions and derive new educational needs. In der globalisierten Wirtschaft ist die Logistik die Kernbranche für die Gesamtwirtschaft. Die Digitalisierung der Supply Chain hat mit dem Einsatz von Telematik und Evertrackern längst begonnen. Das Projektvorhaben DiWaLog richtet sich mit innovativen Weiterbildungen an die Beschäftigten in Logistikunternehmen in Süd-/Ostniedersachsen, um den Einstieg in diese Transformation zu erleichtern u. ihre Beschäftigungsfähigkeit zu sichern. Die Ressourcen von Mitarbeiterpotenzialen zur Mitgestaltung des digitalen Wandels werden gestärkt und neue Personalentwicklungsstrategien unter dem Aspekt digitaler Arbeitswelten werden vermittelt. Der betriebliche Wissens- und Technologietransfer nimmt einen besonderen Stellenwert ein u. wird auf verschiedenen Ebenen ermöglicht u. gefördert. Z. B. werden überbetriebliche, interdisziplinäre Digitalteams neue digitale Lösungen erarbeiten u. davon neue Bildungsbedarfe ableiten. Möglich sind: Changemanagement, Zeit- u.
