Regardless of the relatively good linguistic base of the participants, comprehensive support by a pedagogical specialist is required in order to work on the numerous obstacles to placement such as over-indebtedness, family problems, etc. and, on the other hand, to be able to successfully arrange placements in internships and employment in the various existing occupational groups.     Der vorliegende berufsbezogene Sprachkurs ist als berufsfeldübergreifender Lehrgang zur Verbesserung der arbeitsweltbezogenen sprachlichen Kompetenz und zur beruflichen Orientierung überwiegend arbeitsloser Leistungsbezieher nach SGB II und SGB III mit Migrationshintergrund konzipiert. Die vorgesehenen Teilnehmenden haben entweder einen Integrationskurs vollständig absolviert und das Sprachniveau A1 erreicht oder können durch die Kompetenzfeststellung das Sprachniveau B1 entsprechend dem GER nachweisen. Die Fähigkeit der Teilnehmenden im Umgang mit Deutsch als Zweitsprache reichen aus, um sich im Alltagleben sprachlich gut bewegen zu können. Diese Fähigkeiten müssen jedoch vor allem im schriftsprachlichen Bereich verbessert werden, um sich im Berufsleben erfolgreich integrieren zu können. Die Stundenaufteilung zwischen Deutsch- und theoretischem Unterricht entspricht dem Modellkurs. Geplant sind demnach 320 Stunden reiner Deutschunterricht und 250 Stunden theoretischer (Fach)Unterricht. Das beschäftigungsorientierte Praktikum ist wie im Modellkurs mit 160 Stunden veranschlagt. Unabhängig von der relativ guten sprachlichen Basis der Teilnehmer/innen bedarf es einer umfassenden Betreuung durch eine pädagogische Fachkraft im Kurs, um einerseits an den zahlreich vorhandenen Vermittlungshemmnissen wie Überschuldung, familiären Problemen etc. zu arbeiten und andererseits bei den verschiedenen vorhandenen Berufsgruppen die Vermittlung in Praktika und Beschäftigung erfolgreich bewerkstelligen zu können.
