This individual plan consists of a combination of topics tailored to the training content. These are processed by the participants through various vocabulary and language exercises, so that at the end of the subject areas they are able to move linguistically safely in their field of training. Die Maßnahme Virtuelles Klassenzimmmer "Berufsbezogene Sprachfördreung bundesweit-Telekom" soll die Teilnehmer während ihrer Einstiegsqualifizierung oder Ausbildung berufsfachsprachlich unterstützen. Die Teilnehmer werden nach einem vorgegebenen Stundenplan 2mal wöchentlich in individuellen Lerngruppen à 6 Personen unterrichtet. Dieser individuelle Plan besteht aus einer Kombination von Themengebieten, die auf die Ausbildungsinhalte zugeschnitten sind. Diese werden von den Teilnehmern mittels verschiedener Wortschatz- und Sprachübungen bearbeitet , so dass sie zum Ende der Themengebiete in der Lage sind, sich sprachlich sicher in ihrem Ausbildungsfeld zu bewegen. Gleichzeitig sind diesen inhaltlich festgelegten Modulen bestimmte Lernziele im Bereich der Grammatik zugeordnet. Die grammatikalischen Lernziele sind so angeordnet, dass sie vom Schwierigkeitsgrad aufeinander aufbauen. Didaktisch wird dabei mit unterschiedlichen Übungstypen auf mehreren Lernebenen (Grammatik, Schriftlicher und Mündlicher Ausdruck, Phonetik) gearbeitet. Eine Kombination verschiedener Maßnahmen soll die Teilnehmer darin unterstützen, Probleme währen der Ausbildungsphase bzw. währen der Phase der Einstiegsqualifizierung zu bewältigen. Methodisch gehen wir von einem ganzheitlichen Ansatz aus, der den fachlich-theoretischen Unterricht sowie die Sprachvermittlung mit der Entwicklung von Handlungs-, Sach- und Sozialkompetenz verbindet. Einerseits soll die sprachliche Kompetenz hinsichtlich berufsbezogener Deutschkenntnisse sowohl im mündlichen als auch im schriftlichen Bereich entscheidend verbessert werden. Andererseits wird den Teilnehmern individuelle Beratung und Hilfestellung während ihrer Ausbildung und der Umsetzung der individuellen Ziele angeboten. (German)
