Das Projekt ist eine Vollzeitmaßnahme mit einem Umfang von 730 Unterrichtseinheiten. Die Kernziele des Projekts sind die Verbesserung des Sprachniveaus sowie die Verbesserung der berufsbezogenen praktischen Fähigkeiten. Die Kursteilnehmer erhalten 318 UE Sprachunterricht und 252 UE Fachunterricht. Teil des Fachunterrichts ist u.a. ein EDV-Training, dessen erster Teil nach zehn Wochen Sprachunterricht absolviert wird. Der zweite Teil des EDV-Unterrichts erfolgt vor dem Praktikum. Dieses Praktikum mit einem Umfang von 160 UE absolvieren die Teilnehmer zum Kursende. Es findet eine binnendifferenzierte Vermittlung von: Bewerbungsformulierungen, Strategien der Stellenrecherche, EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse und berufliche Orientierung durch Betriebsbesichtigungen statt. Zusätzlich werden Strategien des selbstständigen Lernens vermittelt. Es finden eine sozialpädagogische Betreuung statt. Der Kurs schließt ab mit einem Test Deutsch B1 + Beruf. (German)
