    Im Deutschunterricht wird zum Ausgleich evt.unterschiedlicher Sprachvoraussetzungen oder Lerntempi bei Bedarf binnendifferenziert unterrichtet. In allen Kursphasen werden die TN mit grundbildenden Unterrichten in Mathematik und EDV sowie mit fachsprachlichen Anteilen als Basiskompetenz für den beruflichen (Wieder-)Einstieg parallel zum berufsbezogenen Deutschunterricht qualifiziert. Zusätzlich finden im Rahmen des Fachunterrichts sowohl Bewerbungstraining und Berufsorientierung statt als auch die Förderung wichtiger Schlüsselqualifikationen sowie persönlicher Kompetenzen. In der 2. Kursphase wird der Fachunterricht durch Betriebsbesichtigungen ergänzt. In der 3. Kursphase wird der berufsbezogene Deutschunterricht um die gezielte Vorbereitung auf die Deutschsprachprüfung erweitert. In der 4. Phase, während des 4-wöchigen Praktikums haben die TN Gelegenheit aktiv am Arbeitsleben teilzunehmen und das theoretisch Erlernte unmittelbar in der Praxis anzuwenden. Das Praktikum wird mit je 4 Arbeitstagen in Praktikumsbetrieben absolviert. Während dieser Praxisphase findet 1 x pro Woche ein Rückholtag als Lernertag zur Reflexion und zum Erfahrungsaustausch in der VHS statt. Im Anschluss an das Praktikum wird der berufsbezogene Sprachunterricht zur nachhaltigen Verfestigung und Implementierung der Sprachkompetenzen sowie zur Vorbereitung auf die abschließende Zertifikatsprüfung „telc Deutsch B2+“ in der 5. Phase fortgeführt. Diese Phase beinhaltet ebenfalls einen Auswertungstag, auf dem Stand und Perspektiven für und mit den TN erörtert werden. Die Ergebnisse werden in der TN-Akte dokumentiert. Während der gesamten Projektdauer und in allen Phasen steht den TN neben der Projektleitung und den Lehrkräften eine Sozialpädagogin zur Seite. Nach sechs Monaten führen die VHS Geesthacht eine TN-Befragung durch, mit der der Verbleib der TN erfragt und dokumentiert wird. (German)
