In an 8-week internship abroad, the potential of the participants will be developed. The wealth of new experiences abroad, in the foreign-language internships, living together in a group, and the feeling of having overcome difficult challenges, change the usual thinking and behaviour patterns of the TN. This individual learning and development process, which is professionally accompanied by pedagogical support, strengthens social skills and is a stepping stone for further activities to gain a foothold on the domestic training/labour market. Das Projekt richtet sich an Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene von 18-35 Jahren, deren Integration in Ausbildung oder Arbeit aufgrund individueller Gründe (schlechter/fehlender Schulabschluss, gesundheitliche Probleme, Arbeitsentwöhnung, geringe Qualifikation/Motivation, hemmendes soziales Umfeld) oder struktureller Gründe (Migrationshintergrund, fehlende Mobilität/Integrationsperspektiven) noch nicht erfolgt ist. In einem 8-wöchigen Auslandspraktikum werden die Potenziale der Teilnehmenden entwickelt. Die Fülle an neuen Erfahrungen im Ausland, in den fremdsprachigen Praktikumsbetrieben, beim Zusammenleben in einer Gruppe, und das Gefühl, schwierige Herausforderungen bewältigt zu haben, verändern gewohnte Denk- und Verhaltensmuster der TN. Dieser individuelle Lern- und Entwicklungsprozess, der professionell pädagogisch begleitet wird, stärkt die sozialen Kompetenzen und ist ein Sprungbrett für weitere Aktivitäten, um auf dem heimischen Ausbildungs-/Arbeitsmarkt Fuß zu fassen.
