Die Demografieagentur identifiziert mit Betrieben im Rahmen einer Erstberatung möglichen Beratungsbedarf hinsichtlich der vier Handlungsfelder von uWM. Förderfähige KMU können über einen Beratungsscheck eine bezuschusste Prozessberatung beantragen. Neben Erstberatung und Ergebnisgespräch werden die KMU zudem bei Antragstellung, Abrechnung etc. begleitet. Betriebe, die nach Abschluss der Erstberatung nicht förderfähig sind oder nach der Prozessberatung zusätzlichen Bedarf haben, werden über uWM hinaus auf regionale und landesweite Unterstützungsangebote hingewiesen. Die Demografieagentur unterstützt das BMAS bei der Akquise und Autorisierung der ProzessberaterInnen und macht das Projekt über eine breit angelegte Öffentlichkeits- und Pressearbeit bekannt. Mit der Durchführung der Ergebnisgespräche nach der Prozessberatung trägt die Demografieagentur zur Qualitätssicherung bei und ermöglicht dem jeweiligen KMU gegebenenfalls eine zusätzliche Förderung über einen zweiten Beratungsscheck. Eligible SMEs can apply for a subsidised process advice through an advisory check. In addition to initial consultation and discussion of results, SMEs are also accompanied when submitting applications, billing, etc. Companies that are not eligible after the initial consultation or have additional needs after the process consultation are referred to regional and national support services beyond UWM. The Demography Agency supports the BMAS with the acquisition and authorisation of the process consultants and announces the project through a broad public relations and press work. The Demography Agency contributes to quality assurance by conducting the outcome discussions after the process consultancy and, if necessary, enables the respective SME to receive additional funding through a second advisory check.
