Ziel ist es Angebote und Qualitaetsstandards auf einem Niveau zu haben. Jedes Viertel kann vom anderen profitieren. Aufgaben werden geteilt und Bewaehrtes wird uebernommen. In allen Vierteln gibt es am Ende ein Café, ein wohnortnahes Beratungsangebot (Beschäftigungsförderung), eine Werkstatt fuer kleine Reparaturen, eine Anlaufstelle fuer aeltere Bew. in Kombination mit der bestehenden Nachbarschaftshilfe. Alle TN muessen ein Profiling/ Clearing und ein dreitaegiges Aufnahmeseminar durchlaufen. Dabei wird festgestellt welche Bausteine der/die TN fuer die berufliche und gesellschaftl. Integration bearbeiten werden. Es geht um die Themen: Gesundheit, Sprache, Anerk. Bildungsabschluesse, Bewerbungen. Auch die pers. Einstellung der TN muss erfasst werden und die Flexibilitaet und Mobilitaet bei der Arbeitsaufnahme berücksichtigt werden. Theorie und Praxis werden mit Sprache inhaltl. verknuepft, dass nicht sozialisierte Schulungsformen bei entsprechenden Bildungsbiografien umgangen werden. (German)
