The Federal Programme for the Long-Term Unemployed is primarily intended to address small and medium-sized enterprises in the district of Calw with the use of a company instructor. The job centre hopes to work more intensively with employers through the use of an additional company trainee and thus to improve the job offer for long-term unemployed benefit recipients (improving the matching process). Durch das Bundesprogramm Langzeitarbeitslose sollen vor allem mit dem Einsatz eines Betriebsakquisteurs die Klein- und Mittelständischen Betriebe im Landkreis Calw angesprochen werden. Das Jobcenter erhofft sich durch den Einsatz eines zusätzlichen Betriebsakquisiteurs eine intensivere Zusammenarbeit mit den Arbeitgebern und dadurch eine Verbesserung des Stellenangebotes für langzeitarbeitslose Leistungsbezieher (Verbesserung des Matching- Prozesses). Die Erfahrung der vergangenen Jahre zeigt, dass eine vollumfängliche intensive Betreuung der integrierten Langzeitarbeitslosen die Nachhaltigkeit der Intergration fördert. Durch den Einsatz eines zusätzlichen Jobcoaches kann dies erreicht werden. Durch die Bewerbung beim Bundesprogramm zur Eingliederung Langzeitsleistungsbezieher möchte das Jobcenter zusätzliche Impulse (Personal, verbesserte Betreuung, interessante Förderangebote für Betriebe) setzen, um zusätzlichen Personen einen beruflichen Einstieg zu ermöglichen.
