Die Maßnahme umfasst berufsbezogenen Deutschunterricht, der auch Bewerbungstraining, Kommunikation am Arbeitsplatz und interkulturelle Kompetenzen enthält Dazu kommt ein Qualifizierungsmodul mit drei Teilen: - Fachunterricht: EDV, Mathematik, Allgemeine und spezifische Berufskunde, Rechtliche und arbeitsrechtliche Aspekte des Berufslebens, 3 Reflexionstage während des Praktikums - Berufsorientiertes Praktikum - 2 Betriebsbesichtigungen zum Zweck der Berufsorientierung Der Kurs schließt mit der telc-Prüfung „Deutsch für den Beruf B2“ ab. Beratung und individuelles Coaching im Hinblick auf Vermittlung der TN in den 1. Arbeitsmarkt durch die sozialpädagogische Begleitung sind wichtiger Bestandteil der gesamten Maßnahme, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die sehr heterogene Gruppenzusammensetzung. (German)
