The project and its contents are designed for a general area and are based on the needs identified in the initial competence assessment and personal requirements of the respective participants. The action consists of the module “Vocational language teaching” and a “qualification module” to improve vocational integration opportunities and lasts 6 months. The language instruction consists of 350 lessons (UE) of 45 minutes. Classes take place regularly in the premises of the Emder Training Centre (ESC) in Emden. The German lessons complete with an internal language examination in German as a foreign language. In addition to the language teaching, the theoretical instruction will take place as part of the qualification module: 173 UE specialised teaching with mathematics, basic computer sciences and general vocational studies and application and communication training. In addition, there are 30 UE for the learning days during the internship phase plus 5 UE of the evaluation day, in total = 208 UE. A job coach is responsible for acquiring internships, organising 2 company visits and assisting participants in career orientation, finding internships and support during internships. Das Projekt und seine Inhalte sind für einen allgemeinen Bereich konzipiert und orientieren sich an den in der anfänglichen Kompetenzfeststellung festgestellten Bedürfnissen sowie persönlichen Voraussetzungen der jeweiligen Teilnehmer. Die Maßnahme besteht aus dem Modul „Berufsbezogenen Sprachunterricht“ und einem „Qualifizierungsmodul“ zu Verbesserung der beruflichen Eingliederungschancen und dauert 6 Monate. Der Sprachunterricht umfasst 350 Unterrichtseinheiten (UE) á 45 Minuten. Der Unterricht findet regelmäßig in den Räumen des Emder Schulungszentrums(ESZ) in Emden statt. Der Deutschunterricht schließt mit einer internen Sprachprüfung in Deutsch als Fremdsprache ab. Ergänzend zu dem Sprachunterricht findet im Rahmen des Qualifizierungsmoduls der theoretische Unterricht statt: 173 UE Fachunterricht mit Mathematik, EDV-Grundlagen und allgemeiner Berufskunde und Bewerbungs- und Kommunikationstraining. Hinzu kommen 30 UE für die Lernertage während der Praktikumsphase plus 5 UE des Auswertungstages, insgesamt = 208 UE. Ein Jobcoach ist mit der Akquise von Praktikumsplätzen, Organisation von 2 Betriebsbesichtigungen und Unterstützung der Teilnehmenden bei der Berufsorientierung, bei der Suche nach Praktikumsplätzen und der Betreuung während der Praktika betraut. Neben diesen ist eine sozialpädagogische Begleitung für 300 Zeitstunden während des gesamten Projekts geplant. (German)
