Der berufsbezogene Sprachförderungskurs mit Zielstellung A2 und allgemeiner Berufsorientierung wird alternativ mit zwei Entwicklungszielen der Sprachkompetenz angeboten: Variante 1 von unter „A1“ über „A1“ auf „A2“ Variante 2 von „A1“ auf "A2" (nach dem Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmen GER) Innerhalb der Gruppe wird durch entsprechenden Methodeneinsatz, Binnendifferenzierung und Einzeltrainings eine individuelle Unterstützung gewährleistet. Die berufsbezogene Qualifizierung ist im ersten Schritt eine Allgemeine, sollten die Teilnehmenden einer bzw. mehreren Berufen zugeordnet werden können, ist auch innerhalb der Berufe eine Binnendifferenzierung vorgesehen.
