According to the “Kennen-Können-Wollen” principle, three strands of action amounting to a total of 482 TN in 19,236 TN-h will contribute to enabling managers from the lower/medium levels to act systemically and strategically in HR management. The participation of underrepresented MA groups is disproportionate. Gender, equal opportunities, etc. are cross-cutting issues related to the ESF. Sustainability. A project advisory board and internal control groups ensure a prof. quality management. Public relations activities include a wide range of activities, website, newsletters, conferences. (English)

    Der Projektansatz beteiligt 8 Unternehmen aus der Abfallwirtschaft aus 8 Städten / Kreisen in NRW, die insgesamt ca. 3.000 MA beschäftigen, darunter 85 % männl. Kollegen. Mit der Projektintervention wird beschleunigt auf z. T. erhebliche Schwachpunkte in der Personalentwicklung, der -führung, in der Organisation und Kommunikation reagiert. Beispielhafte Lösungen werden präsentiert. Nach dem Prinzip "Kennen-Können-Wollen" wird in drei Aktionsbereichen mit insgesamt 482 TN in 19.236 TN-h dazu beigetragen, Führungskräfte aus den unteren / mittleren Ebenen zu befähigen, systemisch und strategisch bei Personalmanagement vorzugehen. Die Beteiligung unterrepräsentierter MA-Gruppen ist überproportional. Querliegend stehen die ESF-relevanten Themen Gender, Chancengleichheit, ök. Nachhaltigkeit. Ein Projektbeirat und innerbetriebliche Steuerkreise gewährleisten ein prof. Qualitätsmanagement. In der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit sind breite Aktivitäten vorgesehen, Webseite, Newsletter, Fachtagungen.
