Das Projekt bezieht sich auf die Schaffung und Etablierung von Wissenstransfer-Netzwerken zur Qualifizierung von Mitarbeitern kleiner und mittelständischer Unternehmen im Rahmen der Digitalen Transformation als Instrument für die dynamische Weiterbildung.
