Das Projekt sieht im Schwerpunkt die Digitalisierung der betrieblichen Abläufe und Dokumentation durch die Einführung einer neuen Enterprise Resource Planning und Enterprise Content Management Lösung und die Schaffung einer neuen Unternehmenskultur und Aufbauorganisation durch Maßnahmen aus der Organisationsentwicklung und aus dem Changemanagement. With the transformation project “DIVIS 2021 — Sharing progress together”, DIVIS aims to create a sustainable basis for healthy growth with enthusiastic stakeholders. As part of the project, DIVIS establishes a completely renewed system and service delivery landscape as well as the anchoring of a future-oriented innovation culture. The project focuses on the digitalisation of operational processes and documentation through the introduction of a new Enterprise Resource Planning and Enterprise Content Management solution and the creation of a new corporate culture and organizational organisation through measures from organizational development and change management.
