The project is addressed to the staff of the Centre for Social Economy Support at the Non-Management Organisation (OWOP) Centre.Its purpose is to increase the capacity of the project promoter and its network to adapt the services to the needs of the social economy entities by transferring, adapting and implementing the ES (SZOES) IT Servicer in the NGOs Support Centre.ES will operate as an analogue system, like the one applied in the Italian SPES Trento.The project will exchange experience between partners, including a study visit in Italy and a transfer of the solution — IT tools for customer service — to adapt and implement in the OOP.The main outcome of the project will be to improve the quality of service to the customers of the Centre for Social Economy Support and to improve the efficiency of the OWES.The system will be implemented by means of a package of documents — instructions and recommendations for the implementation of the system.The direct recipients of the project are the employees of the OWOP (minimum 12 persons);indirectly, the target group will benefit from the effects of the project, i.e. individuals and institutions active in the social economy. OŚRODEK WSPIERANIA ORGANIZACJI POZARZĄDOWYCH

Projekt skierowany jest do pracowników Ośrodka Wsparcia Ekonomii Społecznej funkcjonującym przy Ośrodku Wspierania Organizacji Pozarządowych (OWOP). Jego celem jest jest zwiększenie potencjału projektodawcy i jego sieci współpracy w zakresie dostosowania usług do potrzeb podmiotów ekonomii społecznej poprzez transfer, dostosowanie i wdrożenie komputerowego Systemu Zarządzania Obsługą Klientów ES (SZOKES) w Ośrodku Wspierania Organizacji Pozarządowych. System Zarządzania Obsługą Klientów ES będzie systemem analogicznym, jak system stosowany we włoskiej organizacji SPES Trento. W ramach projektu nastąpi wymiana doświadczeń pomiędzy partnerami w tym wizyta studyjna we Włoszech oraz transfer rozwiązania – narzędzia IT do obsługi klientów – dostosowanie i wdrożenie w OWOP. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie poprawienie jakości obsługi klientów Ośrodka Wsparcia Ekonomii Społecznej oraz poprawa efektywności działania OWES. System zostanie wdrożony w OWOP, powstanie także pakiet dokumentów – instrukcja i rekomendacje do wdrożenia systemu. Bezpośrednimi odbiorcami projektu są pracownicy OWOP (min. 12 osób); pośrednio z efektów projektu skorzysta grupa docelowa OWES, a więc osoby fizyczne i instytucje działające w obszarze ekonomii społecznej.
