(German)

It is a pilot and demonstration project for optimal and energy-efficient use. The project consists of the commissioning of a micro gas turbine and a connected steam boiler. The micro gas turbine not only generates electricity, which can be fully used in production operations, but also heat. This heat supports the steam boiler in the production of steam and thus process heat, which is needed in production and is mainly used in the anodising plants. This combination produces more electrical and thermal energy than is supplied in the form of fuel (gas). This is not only a significant improvement of the existing energy supply system at the Marburg site, but also more effective + environmentally friendly. (English)
