NEET) living in Mazowieckie Province (Radom sub-region and Warsaw) in the period 08.2016-01.2018.The project will include persons with disabilities in the light, moderate and severe, with the exclusion of intellectual disabilities.The aim of the project will be to provide participants with a comprehensive programme for activation of education and training, with tailored support for individual needs and local labour markets. the project will offer the following forms of support:(a) specialised guidance/diagnosis (b) support for a personal job coaching (c) career guidance (c) job placement and monitoring of employment (d) vocational training, inter alia— Customer telephone and electronic client service — Programmer with special character:Software programmer Java, software developer for Android mobile applications, software developers iOS, software developer of mobile applications and software, developers of mobile applications and personal care services — training to be ordered on the basis of the identified needs of the participants in whom. (e) work placements (f) an assistant to a disabled person (g) providing support to those in charge of caring for dependent persons.Trainees and trainees will be provided with guaranteed grants and reimbursement of travel expenses.The results of the project include, but are not limited to:— increasing professional qualifications and professional experience at least 50 % of participants — achieving the employment performance indicator for persons with disabilities at least 20 %, for long-term unemployed at least 35 % — increase in participation in lifelong learning, apprenticeships or traineeships after leaving at least 20 % of participants — growth has been (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost kwalifikacji zawodowych i zatrudnienia 80 osób niepełnosprawnych, 48 kobiet i 32 mężczyzn, w wieku 18-24 rż., bez pracy i nie uczestniczących w szkoleniu i kształceniu (zg. z def. NEET), zamieszkałych na terenie woj. mazowieckiego  (subregion radomski i warszawski) w okresie 08.2016-01.2018. W projekcie wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby niepełnosprawne w st. lekkim, umiarkowanych i ciężkim, z wykluczeniem niepełnosprowności intelektualnej. Cel projektu osiągnięty będzie dzieki objęciu uczestników kompleksowym programem aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej, zakładającym wsparcie dostosowane do indywidualnych potrzeb i lokalnych rynków pracy. w projekcie oferowane będą następujące formy wsparcia: a) poradnictwo specjalistyczne/diagnostyczne b) wsparcie osobistego trenera pracy c) poradnictwo zawodowe c) pośrednictwo pracy i monitoring zatrudnienia d) szkolenia zawodowe m.in. - Pracownik telefonicznej i elektronicznej obsługi klienta - Programista ze specjalnością: programista Java, programista aplikacji mobilnych Android, programista aplikacji mobilnych iOS, programista aplikacji mobilnych Windows  - Opiekun os. starszej i niesamodzielnej ze specjalnością teleopieka - szkolenie zamawiane na podstawie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb uczestików. e) staże zawodowe f) asystent osoby niepełnosprawnej g) wsparcie dla uczestników sprawujących opiekę nad osobami zależnymi. Uczestnicy szkoleń i staży będą mieli zagwarantowane stypendia oraz zwrot kosztów dojazdu. Rezultaty projektu zakładają m.in.:  - wzrost kwalifikacji zawodowych i doświadczenia zawodowego u min. 50% uczestników - osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób niepełnosprawnych min. 20%, dla długotrwale bezrobotnych min. 35% - wzrost udziału w kształcenia ustawicznym, przygotowaniu zawodowym lub stażu po opuszczeniu programu u min. 20% uczestników - wzrost umiejętno (Polish)
