(German)

The WEG-Offensive serves the purpose of targeting housing owners’ communities (WEG) directly and indirectly via multipliers in order to resolve the refurbishment congestion in the building energy efficiency of this target group in the medium term. To this end, the first objective is to identify all relevant factors that so far prevent investments in building energy efficiency in shared residential property. From this, suitable communication measures are developed and tested, which are aimed directly at the target group of the WEG or important multipliers such as craftsmen and especially house managers. On the basis of these concrete experiences, transferable recommendations are drawn up, which can guide other municipalities/institutions. (English)
